Privacy Policy
Comeback Credit Repair · Last updated August 19, 2026
This policy explains what information we collect on this website, why we collect it, and the choices you have. In short: we collect what we need to review your credit and run your dispute round, we don't sell it, and you can opt out of hearing from us at any time.
What we collect
When you take our quiz or apply to a program, we collect the information you give us: your first name, phone number, email address, and your answers to the quiz questions. If you continue into onboarding, we also record the email you used to sign up for SmartCredit, your electronic signature and its timestamp on our service disclosure, and the identity documents you choose to submit (such as a photo ID and proof of address).
We do not ask for, and you should never send us, your full Social Security number through this website.
How we use it
We use your information to deliver the service you asked for: reviewing your credit report, preparing and filing disputes, sending you your results and next steps, and contacting you about your review and dispute round. If you checked the consent box, we may also send you marketing and informational messages by email or text. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
Who we share it with
We use a small number of service providers to run this site: Airtable (our client records), Resend (our email delivery), and Vercel (our website hosting). They process your data on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.
Credit monitoring is provided by SmartCredit, a ConsumerDirect product. When you sign up with SmartCredit you deal with them directly, their own privacy policy governs that relationship, and we may receive compensation from ConsumerDirect for the referral.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
Opting out
Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. If you receive a text from us, reply STOP to opt out. You can also email us at any time to ask us to stop contacting you, to see the information we hold about you, or to have it deleted (we may need to keep records the law requires us to keep, such as signed service documents).
Retention and security
We keep your information for as long as needed to provide the service and to meet our legal record-keeping obligations, then delete it. Access is limited to the people who work on your file, and our providers encrypt data in transit.
Children
This site is for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
