Terms of Service

Comeback Credit Repair · Last updated August 19, 2026

These terms describe how our service works and the rights you have. The written service contract and disclosures you sign during onboarding are the controlling documents for the work itself; this page is the plain-English overview.

What we do

Comeback Credit Repair (Evolve Strategies LLC, a Tennessee company) reviews your credit report, identifies items you tell us are inaccurate, unverifiable, or not yours, and prepares and files disputes with the credit bureaus on your behalf. Your first dispute round is free. If you choose to continue past the free round, optional paid plans are described on our plans page and governed by the written service contract you sign.

You never pay in advance

We do not charge for services before they are performed. The free first round costs nothing. On any paid plan, you are billed monthly in arrears — after that month's work is done. The only product you pay for during the free round is SmartCredit's credit monitoring, which is billed by SmartCredit (not by us) and is described below.

Your rights under federal law

You have the right to dispute anything on your credit report yourself, directly with the credit bureaus, for free. You have the right to a written contract before we perform services, and the right to cancel that contract without penalty or obligation within three business days of signing. Nonprofit credit counseling services are also available to you. These rights come from the federal Credit Repair Organizations Act, and the disclosure you sign during onboarding describes them in full.

No guarantees

No one can promise a specific credit score, a specific point increase, or the removal of accurate information — and we don't. Accurate, verifiable items generally cannot be removed. What we commit to is the work: a real review of your report and properly prepared disputes of the items you attest are wrong. Individual results vary and are not typical of every client.

SmartCredit

Pulling your live three-bureau report requires a SmartCredit account, a product of ConsumerDirect. SmartCredit charges its own monthly fee after any trial period, billed by them under their own terms, and you can cancel it with them at any time. We may receive compensation from ConsumerDirect when you sign up through our link — that relationship never changes what we dispute or how.

What we need from you

Disputes are based on your attestation. Only tell us an item is inaccurate, unverifiable, or not yours if you believe that in good faith — we will not dispute items you confirm are accurate, and we will never advise you to make an untrue or misleading statement to a credit bureau or creditor.

The usual legal terms

This website and its content are provided as-is and are not legal or financial advice. To the extent permitted by law, our liability to you is limited to the amounts you paid us for services. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest still applies.
